Our jewellery is posted via 1st Class Royal Mail and will be in the capable hands of the Royal Mail until it reaches its destination. We hope that it will get to you between 1-3 working days. For all UK orders you will receive free delivery. For guaranteed next day delivery there will be a postage price of £4.95. Please order by 2pm for next day delivery (Monday-Thursday). There will be a postage price of £3.95 for International Delivery. 

We are sure you will be delighted with your purchase but if you are not completely satisfied you can return any item within 14 days, as long as the product is unused and in its original packaging. We cannot accept refunds or exchanges on earrings for hygiene reasons. We will be happy to exchange any item if stock is available or process a refund via your original payment method.
