DELIVERY POLICY

All our jewellery comes specially gift wrapped in gold tissue paper with our
signature Inner Detail  Logo in a ivory organza bag.  

Our jewellery is posted via 1st Class Royal Mail and will be in the
capable hands of the Royal Mail until it reaches its destination. 
We hope that it will get to you between 1-3 working days.
For all UK orders you will receive free delivery.
For guaranteed next day delivery there will be a postage price of £4.95.
There will be a postage price of £3.95 for International Delivery.
Please order by 2pm  for next day delivery (Monday-Thursday).

RETURNS POLICY

We are sure you will be delighted with your purchase but if you are not completely 
satisfied you can return any item (except earrings) within 14 days, as long as  the product is unused and in its
original packaging. We 
cannot accept refunds or exchanges on earrings for hygiene reasons.
We will be happy to exchange any item if stock is available or process a refund
 via your original payment method.

The dispatch note included with your order has a return address label for your use.

Please include the following information

  3. E-mail and telephone contact details

Please make sure you obtain a proof of posting certificate for your own piece of mind.
We will always refund return postage costs where your items are faulty.
